Who We Are
Vibromera, founded in 2017, specializes in the design and manufacture of vibration balancing and analysis equipment. Our portable Balanset balancing machines are designed for dynamic balancing of industrial machinery in situ. Rotor balancing is performed in their own bearings without the need to remove the rotor and install it on a balancing machine. Our primary mission is to make our product as accessible and user-friendly as possible. Over the past 5 years, we have manufactured nearly two thousand Balanset devices, operating in over 50 countries around the world. During this time, we have released three versions of the device and have done a lot of work to improve both the device itself and the software. We always listen to our customers' requests and strive to add new features.
Who Our Device is For: Whom We Will Help
Vibration balancing and analysis devices developed by Vibromera are aimed at a wide range of specialists and industries faced with the task of maintaining optimal performance of rotating equipment. This includes various types of machines and mechanisms, from industrial fans, pumps, and compressors to complex turbomachinery and automotive engines. Let's consider the key categories of users and applications for which our device will become an indispensable assistant.
Production and Repair Companies
The main audience for our devices is enterprises involved in the production, maintenance, and repair of various rotating equipment. These can be manufacturers and service centers specializing in pumps, fans, electric motors, turbines, and other equipment. Our device allows you to perform precision dynamic balancing directly on site, which significantly simplifies the maintenance process and increases the efficiency of production processes.
Power Companies
Thermal and nuclear power plants, as well as other enterprises in the energy sector, where turbogenerators, boilers, high-power fans, and other rotating equipment are used, can significantly increase the reliability and extend the service life of their units by using our balancing device.
Automotive and Aviation Industries
Companies operating in the automotive and aviation industries are faced with the need to ensure high-precision balancing of engine shafts and rotors. This is important to improve their performance, reduce wear, and increase their service life. Our device offers a solution that allows you to effectively perform these tasks both at the production stage and during the maintenance process.
Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Plants
In water transport, it is critical to keep rotating equipment in good working order, as any vibrations or imbalances can have serious consequences. Vibromera balancing devices help ensure high precision and reliability of ship engines, generators, and pumping systems.
Research and Educational Institutions
Our devices are also used for scientific and educational purposes for conducting experiments, researching vibrations and dynamics of rotating mechanisms, as well as for training students and engineers in the basics of balancing and vibration analysis.
Forest Industry
The forest industry widely uses various types of machines and equipment, such as mulchers, for grinding wood, branches, and other materials. Proper balancing of mulcher rotors is critical for their efficient and safe operation. Our device allows you to ensure high-precision balancing directly at the place of use, which significantly increases productivity and extends the service life of the equipment.
Agri-Food Industry
The agri-food sector uses a wide range of rotating equipment, including combines, grain dryers, augers for moving bulk materials. Balancing the rotors of these devices is essential to ensure their durability and optimize performance. For example, improper balance of a combine rotor can lead to excessive wear of bearings and deterioration of the quality of the harvested crop. Our balancing devices help eliminate imbalance on site without dismantling the equipment, which significantly simplifies and speeds up the maintenance process.
What's Inside: What's Included?
Let's take a closer look at what is included in the standard delivery set of one of our most popular products - the portable balancing complex Balanset-1A.
Main Components of the Kit:
- Control unit interface. It is the "brain" of the device, providing signal processing from sensors and controlling the balancing process. The interface unit is housed in a robust housing and is equipped with the necessary ports for connecting sensors and external devices.
- Vibration sensors. The kit includes two vibration sensors designed to accurately measure the vibrational parameters of the rotor. The sensors are highly sensitive and ensure precise readings even at minimal vibrations.
- Optical sensor (laser tachometer). Used for measuring the rotational speed of the rotor. The laser-based sensor guarantees high measurement accuracy and ease of use thanks to its contactless method of data acquisition.
- Magnetic stand for optical sensor. Designed for secure mounting and precise positioning of the optical sensor relative to the rotor.
- Electronic scales. Essential for accurately weighing the corrective balancing weights before their installation on the rotor. The precision of the scales is important for ensuring quality balancing.
- Software. Specialized software provides the user with an intuitive interface for entering balancing parameters, analyzing obtained data, and calculating the optimal placement of corrective weights.
- Transport case. A sturdy case is included for convenient transportation and storage of the kit, protecting the equipment against damage and external influences.
What Rotors Can Be Balanced? The Balanset-1A can balance rotors of vastly different weights – from as little as 100 grams to over 10 tons. This adaptability makes it suitable for working with both small components, such as rotors in medical equipment or computer fans, and larger rotors used in industrial turbines, generators, and other heavy-duty equipment.
Up to What Rotational Speed? The Balanset-1A exhibits impressive efficacy when working with rotors spinning at up to 80,000 revolutions per minute. This allows the device to balance high-speed mechanisms such as centrifuges, specialized spindles, and other equipment requiring exceptional balancing precision at high rotation speeds.
What Results Can Be Achieved? Our customers regularly achieve residual vibration levels consistently below 0.01 mm/s using Balanset-1A. This corresponds to a high accuracy class of balancing according to the international standard ISO 1940-1 G 0.4. This signifies that the device delivers exceptionally precise balancing, making it an ideal choice for critical equipment where strict vibration requirements must be met.
Conclusion
Vibromera's Balanset-1A is a powerful tool for balancing rotors of diverse weights and rotational speeds. Its application significantly improves equipment reliability, extends service life, minimizes vibration and noise, and reduces component wear and tear. Whether you're working with small-scale or massive rotors, the Balanset-1A provides a solution you can trust to achieve the highest standards of balancing accuracy and quality.
